I had my car loan through St Mary's Credit Union. When I paid off my car they lost my title. Unfortunately, I was in an accident and need my title in order to get a new car. A replacement title will take 6-8 weeks. This has placed my family in a significant financial hardship during what has been an incredibly difficult time and completely without transportation.
