I had my car loan through St Mary's Credit Union. When I paid off my car they lost my title. Unfortunately, I was in an accident and need my title in order to get a new car. A replacement title will take 6-8 weeks. This has placed my family in a significant financial hardship during what has been an incredibly difficult time and completely without transportation. Bill, is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and polite. I always look to meet with him at the South Bolton St. location.
Generally, this is one of the best & credit unions are much preferred over the regular established banks. Employees, most times, are courteous & knowledgeable. Banking procedures & record keeping flawless! I have done my banking business there for 30 plus years & never a glitch. Online banking equally good except they do a lot of online maintenence. It often occurs during business hours & you cant access your account information. You can phone them but not convenient for detailed inquiries & money tranfers etc.
