Bill, is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and polite. I always look to meet with him at the South Bolton St. location.
Generally, this is one of the best & credit unions are much preferred over the regular established banks. Employees, most times, are courteous & knowledgeable. Banking procedures & record keeping flawless! I have done my banking business there for 30 plus years & never a glitch. Online banking equally good except they do a lot of online maintenence. It often occurs during business hours & you cant access your account information. You can phone them but not convenient for detailed inquiries & money tranfers etc.
Billy, the Branch Manager, was very helpful. Took care of what I needed quickly and efficiently. ... One major suggestion: It would be very helpful to have a branch in East Marlborough or Sudbury. Please give this serious consideration. I would appreciate it. Thanks. Have a nice day.
