Had a smooth transaction with a portfolio loan. Very pleased. Highly recommend.
Long story short, two days before my closing I was told by my mortgage specialist that the numbers weren't working. The numbers were the same throughout the entire process. I was pre-approved and told everything was fine. I paid $8,000 for a down payment and it looked like it was going to be gone.
