I have a vehicle loan with him. They are making me pay $27,000 for a vehicle even though they got 4500 almost refunded to the principal. When I tried to get the vehicle refunded, they told me that our credit score was too low and that the vehicle was not worth it. Manager was extremely rude. Said that I monopolized her team. For inquiring about a mistake on their part.
Went to the main branch today. I am an account holder and wanted to open a new certificate of deposit. I was told that can only be done by appointment. Receptionist said there was no one available to accept the deposit and all she could do is make an appointment for me to come back. No longer are masks required but business is not back to normal (inadequate staff). I would give it 0 stars if that were an option. I went to the ATM to make a simple deposit of a considerable amount of money. The deposit was time sensitive in order to cover an unexpected expense. I deposited my debit card and the money. The machine told me to press on CONFIRM in order to confirm the deposit amount. I pressed the CONFIRM button at least a dozen times. The machine would not recognize my attempts. Finally, the machine asked me if I needed extra time. I pressed YES and the CONFIRM button once again appeared. I... read more
