This is the second time we have used St. Mary's for a vehicle loan and they are always so helpful and very QUICK! Most recently we used the Portsmouth location and Juanita was very efficient and so pleasant to work with! St. Mary's is the smoothest loan process out there - with friendly service!
I never thought I'd be taking the time to write a review of a bank, but they really deserve it here. We primarily bank at the Portsmouth location: My wife and I call it our "happy place" because if you ever need to feel good, just walk into this branch and you're met with such a joyful vibe. I worked with Juanita on getting a loan. Juanita worked extra hard to meet the criteria we needed and within the time frame. All in all it was 1 business day from start to end. Interest rates are in line with market.
