Very disappointed with this bank. I called and explained why I wanted to add a savings account to my already existing checking account. She told me to come in as it can't be done over the phone. Completely valid. I go into the branch and the 1 minute wait turns into a 25 minute wait until it's my turn. When it's my turn I'm grilled and asked for paper documentation that I would not normally be carrying with me nor was I ever notified to bring it in. I recently visited and Emily helped me open a cd. There are 4% interest was higher than my old Bank. Emily was very knowledgeable and explained to me how the bank is over 100 years old. I was impressed with the charitable giving of this organization. I'll soon be opening a checking account free with e-mailing monthly statements. Thank you .
