We have used St. Mary's for years. It's the first bank we've had that treats us as people, not numbers. The few banking glitches (stolen account, an overdraft) we had were handled quickly an with warmth and professionalism you simply don't find in the larger banks. I suggest St Mary's to everyone. They're really a step above.
I have never dealt with a more unprofessional institution in my life! You know that skip a payment they offer as a "gift" to you. They took my payment anyway causing my account to overdraft. They acknowledged it was there fault (I have the whole conversation recorded) yet I'm stuck with $105 worth of fees that they refuse to pay! They refuse to allow me to talk with a supervisor but they'll "give them my number and have them call me back". It's been a week and no call back and I have called daily!
