Spoke with Romona Carter who said she was the director. In trying to get the information she was extremely rude and kept overtalking me each time I asked a question. She seem to be more concerned with making money for the business and telling me about her years of experience and knowledge than she did wanting to hear my concerns or needs. She gave me the impression it was nothing more than a recycle bin.
