While no one hopes to need long-term care for someone they love, and with much trepidation on making a decision, we found Surrey Place to be a facility where Mom was not simply cared for—she was known and valued. We gave pause in reading some online reviews and are glad they did not deter this decision. Was everything 100% perfect, no, but what is?
