I’ve been needing to write a review for some time now, there’s not enough reviews for this facility to justify how amazing it really is. I have extremely complicated issues and have been enrolled in thearpy and rehabilitation at more than 4 different providers/facilities and this specific location, staff and care team are nothing short of outstanding. After having multiple orthopedic surgeries/issues in the past and having been to several PT clinics, I have never had any great experiences until switching to this PT center. Elizabeth is absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive of my recovery/PT goals and progress. She always makes me feel seen and heard, which is very important to me. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars!
I wish I could give negative stars on my experience. First I was given an estimate of cost for my visits and quoted $58 per 45 minute PT session with my insurance which I believed reasonable. My insurance plan pays 70% of physical therapy appointments until I meet my deductible. Each visit was less than 30 minutes because my therapist didn’t want me to overdo it because of my injury.
