Each one of the therapists have made me feel comfortable and willing to listen - taking into consideration all aspects of my health during my recovery - the admin staff, especially Aliciana, was a gem, always a smile to be had, and made sure what I needed done on the administrative side was handled timely & properly - the ENTIRE staff in this office is a pleasure to be around - I would not hesitate to go back for treatment in the Fishkill office should the need arise, and I would certainly refer patients to this location.

I called them in early December and they were booked solidly until after the holiday so I made an appointment for January 12. I told them I had Medicare and a secondary insurance. On January 11 I called to confirm the time at which time they told me that they did not accept my secondary insurance and that I was out of network with them. I would have to pay the full price of each visit until my $1,000 deductible was met before Medicare would pay.
