I had my first baby in September and was dealing with some pelvic floor issues. I was going to a different PT and wasn’t feeling like I was getting the quality care I needed. I made such good progress with Dr. Jen! She is very knowledgeable, listens to your personal goals and designs a program to help you achieve them! I would recommend all my closest friends and family to her in a heartbeat.

I had an issue that required a pelvic floor physical therapist. I found Jennifer Rispoli (Dr. Jen) on the internet, and signed up for an evaluation. She is fantastic! Very knowledgeable about women’s issues. She quickly diagnosed my issue and gave me simple exercises that quickly remedied the problem! Being somewhat of an anatomy geek, I had lots of follow up questions which she patiently answered; some by using her plastic model of a woman’s pelvic area. (Of course!) I had a great experience working with Dr Jen. She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. As a 60+ postmenopausal woman, I had some concerns about pelvic organ prolapse so she instructed me in pelvic floor muscle training. After a few sessions and positive results, I feel confident that I have the tools to address issues that may arise as I age!

I am so glad I found Dr. Jen . I thought that after having children it was just normal to urinate a bit when you sneeze… it’s NOT normal… Dr. Jen helped me and now I can sneeze without a wardrobe change! I highly recommend Dr. Jen and St. Louis Women’s Physical Therapy!

I would highly recommend pelvic floor therapy with Dr. Jen. She was very knowledgeable, kind and practical. I had been doing pelvic floor exercises, Kegels on my own for years without results. I had been doing the Kegels and exercises wrong. She reeducated me on how to properly do the exercises, evaluated what my weakness were and helped me set realistic goals. For any woman that is peri or menopausal, without help of a trained pelvic floor therapist, your incontinence will not improve. Dr. Jen helped me greatly!
