First time seeing a PT and it was a great experience, it's very personalized and the hour is really worth every minute with Dr. Jennifer. I came with hip flexor issues that may have started from an injury a long time ago but had recently come up while doing my simple no weight squats and we went through a few things to find the issue and honestly her letting me know that my form was off while I showed her my squat and her then showing me how I should do them instead was key for me and I also implemented some of her recommend... read more

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Jen! From the very first appointment, I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. She created a comfortable and supportive environment, which made it so much easier to talk about what can sometimes be an uncomfortable or sensitive topic. Dr. Jen’s knowledge of pelvic floor therapy is outstanding, and she took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. With her guidance, I’ve seen real progress and was able to achieve the goals we set at my first ap... read more

Dr Jen is incredible. If you are pregnant (or postpartum) and would like to learn how to better prepare your pelvic floor for labor (or help your pelvic floor recover after labor), go see Dr Jen! She is professional, kind and very approachable.

I had my first baby in September and was dealing with some pelvic floor issues. I was going to a different PT and wasn’t feeling like I was getting the quality care I needed. I made such good progress with Dr. Jen! She is very knowledgeable, listens to your personal goals and designs a program to help you achieve them! I would recommend all my closest friends and family to her in a heartbeat.

I had an issue that required a pelvic floor physical therapist. I found Jennifer Rispoli (Dr. Jen) on the internet, and signed up for an evaluation. She is fantastic! Very knowledgeable about women’s issues. She quickly diagnosed my issue and gave me simple exercises that quickly remedied the problem! Being somewhat of an anatomy geek, I had lots of follow up questions which she patiently answered; some by using her plastic model of a woman’s pelvic area. (Of course!) She is professional, compassionate, and trustworthy. I fe... read more
