All the want is your money. I paid over $3000 for a kayak from this dealership, and 3 months later got a hole in it. Kayak slipped on the trailer, and hit the tire. I emailed them about a fix. No response. Bring the boat to their location, during business hours. Door locked, peered inside, saw an employee see me, and hide in the back. Finally called them and make them tell me that its impossible to repair, and if I would be interested in purchasing another boat. Umm... F you.
Awful! Quite possibly the LEAST professional business I've ever encountered. I mistakenly bought a kayak there because I thought they were only local place who offered the brand I wanted (Hobie). I've since learned there is another local dealer and I really wish I had gone there instead. The salesperson was pushy and fake and she made my wife and I feel as if we were at a cheap used car lot. It's been MONTHS since I bought my kayak but I STILL haven't received my title and they've just given us a million BS excuses. I can't ... read more
