I referred Barry Gubin to a business acquaintance who needed some help and I concur with the other reviews I have read. Gubin is fair, straightforward and does not waste time and money with a lot of fluff. They filed either chapter 13 or chapter 7 (whichever iis for business). I've never seen my buddy and his family breathe so easy. It was a hard road but a necessary. This lawyer know the ropes and was true to his word on his pricing and the results.
