For the first time in a long time, we had a ticket counter agent that actually helped us and used her hands to work. I’m so used to in this day and age of self service everything having the ticket agent, stand there and watch you and direct you while you do everything. Jasmine at the Alaska Airlines’s counter was so helpful above and beyond and I deeply appreciated that. It was so refreshing to encounter good old-fashioned customer service that way it used to be. She was so friendly and helpful!
