The Alvarez guitar itself is nice. I just bought the AG60CE back in January. The problem is, the company itself, in St. Louis does not stand behind their products, and does not give a crap about their customers. They built me a defective product, where the L.R. Baggs electronics were completely shot... Even the tuner didn't work. They said they would fix it for me, but I had to pay the $160.01 to ship it to them, first. Imagine that? If you do a delivery either a semi truck, 53’ id too long for you to back up, especially if you’re with a sleeper truck.
I lost a small but critical part off of my Alvarez Yairi guitar and couldn't find a replacement anywhere. I contacted St. Louis Guitar Service, and not only did they have the part, but they sent me one at no cost. Thanks, Tom!
