Pathetic excuse for a “public service”. Everything about this place is unprofessional including the website. Can’t make an appointment wait in line, but not too early because the gate is locked.

Try to make an appointment if it isn’t 3 weeks out…Or arrive at 5am to wait in the line of 20+ people.

This department truly needs to do better. Pitiful the lack of resources and commitment to providing adequate services to tax payers. 8/10 visits a disappointment.

I had Officer Dennis as my drivers instructor and he was very nice. He kept the conversation and helped me to feel reassured. The drive was not very long. It was 10 minutes at most and I practiced the parallel parking so I did good on that and he passed me with a 95 so I was very happy. I do recommend coming at 6:40 am if you don’t have an appointment because it already gets full by seven and by eight you’re too late. you will stand in line for a little while when you arrive early, and then they will give you a time to when ... read more
