If I could give a zero i would. Arrived three hours before their (ha) close. Well before the cut off. Then sat for an hour until I realized my appointment was on Tuesday next week when I came in on a Thursday! There was no one in the building 90 minutes before close and they still refused to help. The most incompetent staff out there. Literally pick any office instead of this one.
I was in and out in 15 minutes! The cashier lady was incredibly kind and everyone was helpful!
I rarely write reviews so it must be either really good or really bad when I do. Went in today at about 1pm and was told that it was a minimum 4.5 hour wait and because of that they weren't taking new people as it was first come first served. This is apparently what every office is dealing with and they don't want to pay people overtime. 4.5 hours min? Are you kidding me? Was told over the phone they are open till430 everyday to switch car over for tax purposes from different county. Guy said I could come anytime before 430. Get there at 415 and told that they close to walk-ins at 4:00. Waste of time. Seems like the office needs to get all staff on the same page so miscommunication does not happen if they want people to pay property taxes. Just a thought
Thinking about moving your business here? Simply put, DON’T. As in, DO NOT. Under any circumstance. The good reviews are clearly from the staff. Clayton WAS one of our safest areas yet I felt like I was walking into a concentration camp in a third world. Before I could meet with someone, I had to “check-in” all I hear is the staff over talking people - being rude for no reason, condescending attitudes and extremely dirty environment making this quite an uncomfortable waiting situation.
