The city of St. Louis needs to fire the girl that’s responsible for processing the checks back to the homeowners. She is rude very unprofessional. I called to see when my dad’s check could be released that the insurance company sent to the city over a month ago and she was very rude and addressing me as honey. I am not your honey you are at work. I am not a child you have no respect. Her name is Valerie and I will be filing a compliant and talking to the news about how homeowners are being treated about there money.
