This bank sucks. I have been banking with them for 10 + years. Their customer service is horrible and one of the worst I have ever experienced. St. Louis Community Credit Union was hacked by a company called Higgsfield. The reason I know this is a STLCU problem is bc the banker that handled the dispute told me a lot of people reported fraud on their card from this same company. I am sharing my experience with St. Louis Community Credit Union to warn others about what I consider to be deeply unprofessional and predatory loan servicing practices. After my vehicle was declared a total loss in November 2025, my insurer, State Farm, attempted multiple times to contact the credit union to coordinate the payoff process.
