Would give 9 stars if I could. Posting this review under another branch to preserve my old ones but the complaints of poor service, limited options and constant frustration hold true. I am currently out of town and they have blocked my debit card for suspected fraud, on a day they are not open for phone calls. They've outsourced the fraud services to a third party and ofcourse the third party isn't answering either, potentially leaving me without any access to my funds until Monday. Their ATM machines NEVER work properly!
ALWAYS something wrong with one of the two ATMs in this location. If you feel you still need to come to this location, don't waste your time going for the empty ATM, just get in the long line that you will see. You will also leave with vehicle damage form one of the million, very deep potholes on both ends of this lot. My recommendation is to go to the Vantage Credit Union that's not too far from this location.
This is by far the worst STLCCU in saint louis. It needs to be shut down. Tellers are unknowledgeable. The Service is terrible. I’ve been her multiple times and there has been an issue EVERY single time I come to this bank. WORST BANK EVER! I’ve been a member for almost 10 years. I really enjoy this company but this location is the ABSOLUTE WORST!
