For an entire night!!!! I am at work unable to access MY FUNDS! I cannot order a lyft or even buy myself a snack out of the atm as all of MY FUNDS are in my savings and I cannot transfer any of them to my checking due to this!! Stlccu has had this server error going on for hoursssss!!!!! People need access to their account!!! Absolutely ridiculous and I am disgusted with them. If you are looking for a credit union with archaic practices and systems this is the place for you! Customer service is nearly useless as they tell you to visit a branch to order checks or change your ATM pin or anything else other banks allow you to do online.
I submitted a dispute with the bank for a flight that was canceled by Soutrhwest. The Bank has not given me my money back and wants me to wait 90 days for Southwest to respond! Southwest is shutdown and are not taking calls! they have a lawsuit against them. GIVE ME MY MONEY!!! This bank does not protect their customers do not use this BANK!
