My checking and savings account was hacked earlier in 2025, and $2-300 was taken. I reported to the credit union, and they conducted an investigation. They concluded that I stole my own money and was trying to scam them. The same thing happened at another bank where I was banking. They also conducted an investigation, determined that I had been hacked, and returned the money that was taken. I am currently looking for a new bank. Don’t EVER IN LIFE BANK HERE A COUPLE YEARS AGO THEY DEPOSITED MY CHECK INTO SOMEONE ELSES ACCOUNT IT TOOK 3 months of me calling and them investigating to find the error. Which caused financial hardship mind you have to GIVE YOUR ID ON A PHONE TO DEPOSIT A CHECK INCOMPETENT I LOVE SUPPORTING MY PEOPLE BUT NEVER EVER EVER EVER BANK HERE UNPROFESSIONAL
Tamra went above and beyond to get the loan approved. I was a joy dealing with her !!! And a big thank you to Asia for closing our loan in a timely manner.
2weeks to verify a payroll check is what I didnt like when opening a new account. Additionally, I have experienced mediocre member service from the fair skinned guy with glasses, beard & rose covered jean jacket,wearing a tag with initals JB. Several visits to deposit my check. He did greet initially but that was it.
