2weeks to verify a payroll check is what I didnt like when opening a new account. Additionally, I have experienced mediocre member service from the fair skinned guy with glasses, beard & rose covered jean jacket,wearing a tag with initals JB. Several visits to deposit my check. He did greet initially but that was it. Very convenient
2weeks to verify (9business days) my payroll check (from today 10/12/24-10/25/24) when I have bills to pay and a child to feed is absolutely ridiculous!! Having to wait an entire pay period of time. 2-5 business days would be more reasonable in my opinion being that people have to survive in between pay periods. I regret not losing the $4 fee & cashing it at Walmart & then depositing the remainder of my cashed check into my checking account in cash form.
