I see some people get lazy after lunch. I thought we paid for a service! If a customer needs you to look up something on their account. You have way more access than we do, but because you didn't feel like it, you did not do it. Of course you BOLDLY sighed on the phone to let me further you didn't want to do it in the first place. I know you can look things up for the simple fact that, If I can go on my account and type in a certain place or thing that I purchased. I'm pretty sure you could do the same thing. I used my lunch time to conduct business at the Chippewa location, everyone was polite, and welcoming. Kiana (Teller) gave me clear instructions to call the fraud number, then consult her to remove the freeze on my account. Afterwards, I was given a new card followed by a “Have and Amazing Day”.

Go to the Gravois branch. That one is much friendlier and the inside is much more comfortable, and even after the bank is closed, the Gravois location has consistently managed to maintain a working ATM. This one has worked precisely one time and I’ve tried to use it half a dozen.
