I used my lunch time to conduct business at the Chippewa location, everyone was polite, and welcoming. Kiana (Teller) gave me clear instructions to call the fraud number, then consult her to remove the freeze on my account. Afterwards, I was given a new card followed by a “Have and Amazing Day”.
Go to the Gravois branch. That one is much friendlier and the inside is much more comfortable, and even after the bank is closed, the Gravois location has consistently managed to maintain a working ATM. This one has worked precisely one time and I’ve tried to use it half a dozen.
Absolutely horrible and unprofessional.
