Very nice ,friendly overall experience whenever I get on the phone! When I say Together Credit Union has been pleasant and kind to me since 1988 I been with them they put a smile on my face every time, I got my 1st car back in 95’s with them. I see some people get lazy after lunch. I thought we paid for a service! If a customer needs you to look up something on their account. You have way more access than we do, but because you didn't feel like it, you did not do it. Of course you BOLDLY sighed on the phone to let me further you didn't want to do it in the first place. I know you can look things up for the simple fact that, If I can go on my account and type in a certain place or thing that I purchased. I'm pretty sure you could do the same thing. I used my lunch time to conduct business at the Chippewa location, everyone was polite, and welcoming. Kiana (Teller) gave me clear instructions to call the fraud number, then consult her to remove the freeze on my account. Afterwards, I was given a new card followed by a “Have and Amazing Day”.
