Consistently understaffed with rude workers. They have zero concern or regard for their members. Waited 20 mins today to be told their computers are down and they couldn’t assist me, so I asked them why they wouldn’t have told any of us that while we were waiting to save our time. No logical response….theyre just so unconcerned with anyone or actually providing customer service that it never crossed their minds. Can’t wait to refinance my mortgage elsewhere so I never have to step foot in this dump again.
This place will make mistakes that will cost you, and not fix them. Save you money go somewhere else
Very nice ,friendly overall experience whenever I get on the phone! When I say Together Credit Union has been pleasant and kind to me since 1988 I been with them they put a smile on my face every time, I got my 1st car back in 95’s with them. Rory helped me with my last transaction when I say she walked me through it and explained how it was going to work it did just that! She was friendly and is very informative keep up the good work!
