I submitted a dispute with the bank for a flight that was canceled by Soutrhwest. The Bank has not given me my money back and wants me to wait 90 days for Southwest to respond! Southwest is shutdown and are not taking calls! they have a lawsuit against them. GIVE ME MY MONEY!!! This bank does not protect their customers do not use this BANK!

I've been having issues with their overdraft "policy" for a few years now. I believe that they are stealing money from their customers. There was a point in time a couple of weeks ago, when I got charged an $18 overdraft fee for a $4 charge when I had over $100 in my AVAILABLE balance, at the time. The next charge, which was around $24 also got an overdraft fee. Overdraft fees even when you see it’s available through the available balance somehow caused my balance to be negative. My account was previously closed without any notice. My check was still deposited into the account they never told me the account was closed. I had to call and find out my account was closed and the money that was deposited they kept it. I have banked with St Louis community for years, I have resorted to not contact them about loans because I know they wont help. And the over draft policy is horrendous. You are charged a courtesy fee when there are funds available to cover charges pending. This is unfair and deceptive. I know of banks to have been apart of class action suits for actions such as this. As a small business owner, it has been very difficult to build a relationship with this business. I get more of a "community" feel from the larger banks. I've been a member of the "Credit Union" for almost ten years now and have not been able to apply for credit based on any type of relationship or past history. I recently paid off 2 loans in less than a year that totaled around 20K with them, but was denied a 5K debt consolidation loan. I was denied the 5K loan due to debt to income ratio. St. Louis Community Credit Union has the worst overdraft polices. I have an account there, and one several occasion I've had money in my account to cover fees, however because of a pending transaction, that happen after the current charges hit my account, they still charged a overdraft fee. Even after the fees came out, the last transaction is still showing pending. I was charged two overdraft fees for two small transaction, even though i had the money in my account. this is getting out of control.

Charged me for Debit cards without disclosing that they were going to charge for the cards. Worst service. the card charges are not advertised anywhere and the tellers do not tell that they are going to charge. I was a member for over 20 years and when I tried to use the debit card I had in my wallet, it did not work. When I went inside and asked the teller why my card did not work, he told me that the card I have is old and he went ahead and ordered new cards. This fee schedule can be located in the branch, online banking, or on our website from Disclosures at the bottom of the page. The fee for a replacement debit card is not applied when a card expires. 3 hour round trip and up to a 45 min wait to speak to someone about the fraudulent activity on our account. Because email and phone communication isn't good enough. Refused to freeze activity on the account. Wouldn't even attempt to help until we came in. Moved a state away and no one can work with us. Thanks St. Louis Community Credit Union. Your fraud department and customer relations do a bang up job. Ready to get this fixed and move out accounts. They are slow, and there is always a wait when calling and coming in.
