2:27 pm and your computers have met the capacity number of people it can print out tax waivers for the day? That is crazy! Please change the hours of operation. It’s a huge inconvenience to pay for parking, go through security and be told the office is done working for the day because the computer can’t take any more. Is that what we tell the police officer if we get pulled over for expired temp tags? No wonder there are so many unregistered and uninsured cars in the city. They are making it near impossible to pay your taxes even if you want to. They won't answer phones, won't return emails or voicemails, now their mailbox is full and cannot even take new messages. STL city government needs a complete and total overhaul
The least useful people in all of St.Louis. I moved hours away and needed a question answered so that i could register a car in my new county and they repeayedly sent me to voicemail focing me to spend the extra time and money to drive back to the city.
Michelle was such a great help! You go into these offices in fear of losing days. She told me exactly what I needed, and got me on my way quickly.
