I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the care my aunty received at St Lawrence Lodge, specifically regarding the behaviour of a staff member named Claire. My aunt, stayed at this facility for 3 years, and during this time, Claire's conduct was absolutely unacceptable. She was extremely impatient and often swore in front of my family, creating a very distressing environment. My Husband was in St. Lawrence Lodge for eighteen months he was happy there and it made me happy. The staff are unbelievable they are so patient with the residents and they give a lot of TLC they are very kind to the visiters and help in anyway they can. My Husband had Alzheimer's and he died in the home with dignity love and care.I can't say enough of St. Lawrence Lodge it was just perfect.Keep doing what you are doing.Thank's to Louise and all her Staff
Our grandad / great grandad passed away yesterday at 100years and 10months and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer place for him to live his final days all the staff where amazing and loved grandad as if he was there own .. the staff had so much respect for all of there resident and grandads last month couldn’t have been better
