Discrimination! When do people with children become a minority? I was waiting to do the blood test (Dorevitch is on the same premises) and my husband was waiting outside with our toddler playing with someone’s dogs tied outside. He was told to leave the private territory of the porch as the children are not allowed on those premises due to the nature of the clinic (abortion procedure) as some women can get upset seeing children. I went to Dorevitch. Reception and Dorevitch staff re very nice. Clear explanation. Clean&Neat. Felt relax, no racism. Parked car on Ruskin and walk there.
Today I had breast augmentation with Dr topchain at St kilda day hospital. Apon arrival I was bit uneasy it seems more like a general practice office but it waa great. Nurses were absolutely amazing.. very friendly and helped me relax... very happy with results . My anesthesist( peter I think) very lively guy and him and Dr topchain were very easy to talk to and made me feel 100% comfortable.... there was one nurse who was bit bossy but not to Mr to here co workers but that may be necessary... the Dr who helped me after surg... read more
I had a my Breast Augmentation today 12/12/2020 by Dr David Topchain. He was lovely and very informative. Felt comfortable through the whole process. Still day 1 but I feel great and up and about. Would highly recommend him. Also like to say Olivia at reception is very lovely and kind, Glenis was fantastic, certainly calmed my nerves and had me laughing. Had a procedure yesterday & cannot speak highly enough of all of the staff. Every staff member was so friendly & caring. Even had a follow up call from Christine today. It’s obviously a very happy place to work as it is reflected in how the staff interact with each other and patients. Thank you!
