Carol is an incredibly kind and empathetic lady when it comes to the details of what I desired. I have never been to this beauty studio but I have just moved to the area and kept referring to this place as a 'funeral parlour' due to signage outside. I recently learnt this was a beauty studio as I arranged to meet someone at the 'funeral parlour' only to be told it wasn't. I would suggest you brighten your signs and make your style more relevant to beauty.
