Excellent staff, real compassionate care. Lots of activities like camp fires, music, bowling, bingo etc. loved one can get involved as little or as much as they want to. Mom loves the food, lots of variety. If there are any issues or concerns I have filled out paperwork and emailed as well and issues have always been addressed promptly. Also I joined the family council meeting once a month through zoom and it’s a great way to get involved and make improvements for the residents.
If I could give - stars I would. Im speaking on a nurses behalf who is exhausted and gave up after trying to get help from you. I cannot believe the exploitation this company has used to their employees. This is regarding a nurse here at the villa. Because you are full time and don’t have children doesn’t mean you don’t get full time benefits. Regardless, people have bills to pay and in this economy that is unheard of to say.
