If I could give - stars I would. Im speaking on a nurses behalf who is exhausted and gave up after trying to get help from you. I cannot believe the exploitation this company has used to their employees. This is regarding a nurse here at the villa. Because you are full time and don’t have children doesn’t mean you don’t get full time benefits. Regardless, people have bills to pay and in this economy that is unheard of to say. My Mom stayed at St Joseph’s for almost two years and I can’t say enough good things about the wonderful staff there. They took such good care of her and always made her feel special and loved! It’s such a hard decision to place a loved one in long term care, but she was truly in good hands. An extra special thanks to the staff in Heritage Trail for the care they provided. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
