My Mom stayed at St Joseph’s for almost two years and I can’t say enough good things about the wonderful staff there. They took such good care of her and always made her feel special and loved! It’s such a hard decision to place a loved one in long term care, but she was truly in good hands. An extra special thanks to the staff in Heritage Trail for the care they provided. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Don't bother applying for the Dietary Aide position, the don't provide enough training or support and they fire people pretty much every day, the turnover is rediculous
St. Joseph’s Villa Dundas has failed on multiple occasions to protect our loved one from harm from allergen containing food, other residents (she has been slapped, pinched, grabbed multiple times), failed to prevent 2 PSW’s from abusing her. We warned the Director of Care, Assistant Director of Care, and Resident Care manager that our loved one was exhibiting signs of abuse when a particular PSW was near them, and specifically said she’s scared of her.
