This should be a wonderfully run organization for all the good they do for the Waukesha community. However, it is a horrible place to work. After less than a month, I was unceremoniously let go over work performance (again, I wasn’t even there a MONTH) and was accused of being racist with absolutely no proof. Stay away from this nonprofit!

They need help with triaging patients and letting people know that you don't need to make an appointment. It's a first come first serve based clinic. For example, a family came and eventually went home because they were not appropriately triaged with their child by 745 pm. I got here at 630 for my "appointment" and am currently still waiting here. It's now 8pm. Definitely a motivator to not have to go through this again. Hopefully this helps change some of the management style here.
