I have worked here for over 6 years and think the team at St Joseph's House are amazing. The new management are supportive and really look after the people in their care. Very glad to be a part of the team and still enjoy doing my job after all these years.

We came a long way for a final goodbye visit for my daughters dying grandmother. We asked staff to wake her up and nurse said no we don't want to wake her up she's dying. We found staff to be very rude and unhelpful, even right from the entry. We said we would never like to visit there again.

my father was living here for 2 months..the staff were lovely and the place was nice..the problem was Darylin Cowling the manager..since my father arrived there i was spoken to terribly by her making me fearful for my fathers care..we had a problem with my sister and a guardianship was put in to organise visiting hours..that is all..no other guardian..Darylin called me a few times angrily accusiing me of lying about a guardianship and said to me on 3 ocassions that my fathers old nursing home where happy to be rid of him and... read more
