If you're looking for a place with terrible customer service and very high prices, this is the place.
It’s pricey for a charity shop. But they do have good quality furniture in there. Although, the attitude of the staff at the store is extremely off putting. The lady in there was extremely rude and brisk. When I requested for a more convenient delivery day, she promptly refused and said take it or leave it. Considering that I live by myself and work odd shifts for the NHS, you’d expect someone from a “Charity store” to be more empathetic. But the lady couldn’t be more haughty and derisive. Wow this shop is supposed to be a charity shop it is far too expensive for second-hand stuff that they got for nothing The CEO of these charities are making a fortune You can buy the stuff brand new for cheaper That is how expensive this so-called charity shop is. Imagine giving them an old wardrobe and then you go into the shop and you see them selling it for £300 I nearly had a heart attack when I went in yesterday and seen the prices I will never go there again unless I become a millionaire
Bought there ikea trofast unit, last week for very reasonable price, staff was lovely, picked it up today, the gentleman helped me put it in the car. Shop itself is nice, plenty of interesting stuff, some prices are bit higher than expected, but some way lower. Delivery fee is quite high, but overall it's worth a visit!
Far too expensive considering its all second hand & they got it for free
