Many people I know have had an absolutely awful experience trying to get a place here AND once they're in. If it's your only option for housing take it, but unless it's your ONLY option stay far away
I moved to St Joe's from the High Rise apts on this past March. I could not be anymore happier with the decision I made. There are only 2 people that run this entire building but it's clean, friendly, welcoming. The people that live here are all polite and welcoming. I would highly recommend St Joe's to anyone that wants this clean and friendly setting tr
