My father was there for less than two weeks. I that short time I found a used hypodermic needle on his bedside tray . When I reported it to the nurses station , I was told that since he wasn't receiving any injections it must have been used on someone else and was set down and forgotten about. On July 5, he was rushed to ER from this facility. The two previous days we had found him in the dining room with an empty O2 tank.
