Been here 4 1/2 years and I love it. Our director DeShay Phillips is wonderful!!!! Food is good and wonderful staff and residents.
The staff is friendly and helpful. I love the staff longetvity here and there is very little staff turnover. The Director DeShay Philips is very professional and is resident care-centered. Our kitchen staff is very easy to get along with and care for our needs.

Would give it a negative if I could. Do not send your loved one to this place. My mother in law is elderly, has COPD and congestive heart failure. They transferred her to Bryan Manor from St. Joseph Hospital for short term rehab before sending her home. She went to this place just yesterday. Upon coming to visit her, her room smelled strongly of urine. She already had a bed sore from staying in the hospital for 2 months. This place had her laying in urine for a long time, she is too weak to go to the potty chair. She was hav... read more
