Kirti is an excellent physical therapist she tried her best with me. And did help with taping my hip and SI joint and she gave a lot of sound advice on how to help with pain control and the exercises helped too. She is amazing highly recommend
My experience with physical therapy at St. Joe’s in Milford was wonderful! My therapist, Alison, was exceptional. I went to learn how to strengthen my feet (one very deformed) & my core, in order to prevent falls. My husband & I are in our 70’s & this was pretty much our last resort, in order to continue to stay in our two-story home. Several of the exercises also involved the shoulders, and because mine are both in poor condition, she found ways to do things without using my shoulders. My occupational therapist Marsha, brought me from no range of motion in my wrist to full functioning. She was positive, professional, and also empathetic all of which aided in my recovery!
