NEVER "leave a message" for dispatch, they will never return your ride request call, and then lie about never having gotten the message while my own phone certainly shows the day & time stamp of said call. They have no problem lying to you. Its always the Rider's fault, somehow. They forget who they are in business to serve
Didn't even go to correct house so thanks to them my dad's appointment was canceled thanks alot
