My experience with this facility was disappointing. I felt there was a lack of communication, and at times the staff came across as unprofessional and disengaged. It was disheartening to see how my family members were cared for, especially compared to the values and standards the facility promotes on their website. Food is horrible. Won't feed my dog it. Old people need fresh and health foods to stay healthy. Maybe look at a food service company that know how to cook
All the staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would strongly suggest this facility
