I called to make a simple question based on a vehicle coming from overseas, just to end up getting mocked by the employee who didn’t even allowed me to finish asking my question. She told me to go somewhere else.

STRICTLY RATED ON WAIT TIME. I’ve been using this DMV for almost 15 years and they were always so efficient with reasonable wait times. However they have changed the system from selecting a category and different queues to one general queue. At 1:50pm, only 2 out of the 15 stations were open and they were on number 220. My ticket is 341. From 2-3pm, 52 numbers were called. Although 4 stations are open now at 3:10pm, I’m wondering if I’ll even make it to the counter before 5pm. Expect a minimum of 2 hours waiting in line for nearly all transactions. Not sure what has happened at this location but the friendly and efficient service of the past is gone. Either a staff increase is required or another location needs to be built to facilitate the growing customer demand. Very disappointing.

I had a 3 PM passport appointment at the Clerk of the Circuit Court office located within this branch that took nearly two months to schedule around my availability. When I arrived, the front desk was unmanned. I waited briefly, expecting someone to appear, then followed a sign directing me to check in at a self-service kiosk using the phone number I used to book the appointment.
