I visited Tax Collector Station #1 today, August 27th, 2025, for vehicle registration following a rebuilt inspection. Unfortunately, the service I received was extremely poor. The employee I interacted with showed no willingness to assist and claimed that my sealed envelope was missing documents. I returned to the rebuilt inspection office, where I was reassured that my paperwork was complete and ready for registration. Slowest DMV always has a massive line and 3 hour wait
I called to make a simple question based on a vehicle coming from overseas, just to end up getting mocked by the employee who didn’t even allowed me to finish asking my question. She told me to go somewhere else.
