I have been to this location twice and both times the service was exceptional, Marissa Cecero helped me both times and within a couple of minutes i had achieved my goal and was returning home. Been able to get in line from home and arrive at the location at the time my number is called is such a time saver. Exceptional is the word….5 stars.
Very good experience although when I first got there I assumed there would be quite a wait by judging the full parking lot. The numbers were quickly called, which I had 30 before me. Was there maybe 45 minutes and the clerk was very helpful, as I was registering a kayak.
I would like to give a shout out to Kayleigh at this center. She was so helpful to us in getting my brother in law his State ID. So thank you again Kayleigh!! Saints are everywhere!!!
Horrible experience, horrible service. Staff was unknowledgeable and extremely rude. Clients were made to wait over an hour and then untrained staff would not perform services due to their misunderstanding about required documents for changing an address on a driver's license. This particular employee insisted that we wouldn't be able to change our address to our new one in St. Johns county, because we didnt bring 2 pieces of mail received at our new address, even with valid Florida id's and closing documents to our new home... read more
