I came in to get my 95+ year old mother's ID and handicap plaque. I waited about 40 minutes (which was not bad as it was a pretty full waiting area). When I was called, I was sent to window #9, Beth and she told me that my mom needed to come in (if that was possible) as she had to sign to give up her license. She was awesome, explaining all the details of what was needed and why. The next morning I went back with my mother to see Beth and again, she was so helpful and patient.
