If I can give this place ZERO STARS I would . The lady who was in station 5 “Wanda” had a horrible attitude completely brushed us off from the beginning of our interaction refused to give us service it’s like she didn’t want to be at work and even at the end when I wanted to end the conversation off right and tell her have a wonderful day she went ahead and brushed It off my thing is if your not feeling well don’t come to work throwing your negative energy at people.

It's great and efficient for the services they provide. I have been to a few dmvs in FL and NC and this is by far the best and most knowledgeable.

I came in to get my 95+ year old mother's ID and handicap plaque. I waited about 40 minutes (which was not bad as it was a pretty full waiting area). When I was called, I was sent to window #9, Beth and she told me that my mom needed to come in (if that was possible) as she had to sign to give up her license. She was awesome, explaining all the details of what was needed and why. The next morning I went back with my mother to see Beth and again, she was so helpful and patient. What looked like an afternoon of waiting on service with 30 people ahead of me, turned into an hour wait. Very fast and professional workers.
