St John’s does a great job. They manage our HOA business needs. I would recommend them to anyone. I have found they treat people with the respect that they are treated!
Extremely rude and unprofessional. Why would anyone do business with these people? They are horrible!
If I could give 0 stars and leave a review I would. Extremely unprofessional employees. When facing customer questions, aggressive defensiveness is never the right way to go. Employees need to be trained on how to properly listen to customer concerns/complaints without hanging up the phone. If you do not know the answer to our question or do not know how to do your job, that is absolutely fine- just say that to save everyone the headache. Extremely rude AND not helpful at all. Will not return calls or emails. I see why they have such a low rating. I sell real estate and feel sorry for those condo owners and other agents that have to deal with them to get information about their properties.
