High fees...a year after Covid hit when everything else is open, lobbies are still “by appointment only.” They closed the drive up at the Harvester location so I have to drive across town to Cave Springs when I need to use the bank which is super inconvenient. Only reason I have not moved banks is that this was the account Uncle Sam has on file and I didn’t want to wait forever for a paper stimulus check. Soon as no more money seems likely, I’m gone. After 17 year's banking at this address St. John's has proved to be a greedy low life operation. Honor not part of their business plan. Sign of the times I suppose.
