If you seek prompt service, go elsewhere. I've waited an entire week for a CDL medical examiner's card after I completed the examination. Still no resolve... The staff moves at their own pace with no regard to patient needs.

I work closely with Occupational Health for all our pre employment physicals and employee incidents. The staff here is very professional and are amazing at what they do! They always offer expert opinions and are extremely organized. Thank you!

If you need a pre employment drug screening, do not let them send you to this place. One a first attempt, I could not fill the cup to the temperature reading sticker so it did not read. They told I could try one more time in 15 minutes even though the sign on the wall said 3 hours. This probably was just because they did not want to wait. There was no way after 15 minutes, I could fill the cup. When the employer called them, they lied and said I refused the second test.
