I want to recognize the amazing staff at St. James Place. From the moment you walk through the doors you are greeted with warm smiles and a staff that is ready to serve. Everyone seems to genuinely enjoy their job and the staff truly works as a team to ensure residents and families get what they need. I especially want to acknowledge Emily Bozeman. My mother’s stay at SJP after the hospital/surgery, was a setback. They let her fall in the shower before she came home. I wanted to help her myself, but they said no to that. The CNA was distracted and left the room. The fall resulted in a higher degree of pain and disability, than if she’d come straight home after the hospital. They were also misleading about the severity of the fall. Her primary care provider agreed to see her yesterday, two days after the fall. St. James is a good place to work with, they treat their staff like a family and i will recommend them to anyone
