Very rarely do I try to find myself leaving extremely bad one star reviews but the St James hospital in Olympia Fields has to be get it. Please keep in mind I'm not talking about the service of the doctors, nurses or the staff, this complaint is directly at the facilities manager who handles the custodial management and oversight of the bathrooms.
