Disorganized incompetence is the standard here. They have failed to receive and process 2 referrals from my PCP at this point. On one occasion, I had to hound them several times to get the appointment, and on the other, I simply gave up. I even had THEIR surgery department reach out and ASK ME to call their imaging department to get the prerequisite scans. I have had nothing but negative experiences at this hospital and I have refrained from saying anything but honestly, I would give negative stars if it was possible. The most recent experience would be my husband being sent home after 4 days in the hospital for a raging infection and swelling in his lower leg. The infection is a little better after throwing IV antibiotics but the numbers are still high and the swelling is WORSE. Go to Andaconda's ER, this one is a joke. Ridiculous a smaller hospital can treat with better speed, quality, and care.
I had a stress test there today, my first. Amy the nurse was incredibly helpful, professional and very experienced compassionate explaining the procedure and helping me through the exam. The Cardiologist Dr. Stuart Jacobsen was also present throughout and was Top Notch. My anxiety dissipated and cardio checked out well. Thank You
