Purchase a Sectional that unfortunately came in the wrong dimensions. Cara and the staff made everything right in a very swift and professional manner. Thier delivery and set up staff are the absolute best. Love and will continue to shop there. Customer service like that is rare.
We bought a nice sectional from Tom the salesman this past weekend (Sept 6th 2025). Able to make some considerable changes to the configuration for a great price. No pressure...great customer service...highly recommend a visit to see Tom. 5 stars all the way.
Had a very good shopping experience here. We were told that the furniture should take six weeks to prepare before delivery. It's now been 8 weeks and the business is dodging our calls. We've been promised return calls with delivery info three times but they don't call back. Less than stellar customer service, and we're still waiting for a response. Stand by for follow up.
I have bought furniture here multiple times they have size options most places do not, can be customized, and there is furniture made locally here in Canada. Better than the other furniture stores for quality.
