I have bought furniture here multiple times they have size options most places do not, can be customized, and there is furniture made locally here in Canada. Better than the other furniture stores for quality.
Communication was horrendous. It was like pulling teeth trying to figure out when our couches would arrive especially since we were told 3-4 weeks then it ended up being 6-8 weeks. We were told that our address was really far away and there wasn’t a driver headed that way for a while, which then why even offer delivery? The day of delivery we were told between 1300-1600. I wanted to completely redecorate my living space but found it difficult to visualize exactly what would look good -Agnes my salesperson patiently helped me pick out furniture that would compliment the space, be proportionate and comfortable -I am thoroughly pleased with the new area rugs, swivel chairs, couch, coffee table and shelving unit. Any issues were handled quickly and professionally. Great staff. The delivery went so smooth and on time and they kept in contact keeping me informed every step of the way. I am so pleased.
