Booked in for a back, neck and shoulder deep tissue massage at 6pm. They left me in the room for 15 mins before any one came in to my appointment. Around the 20 mins into the massage the therapist kept on stopping and just kept her hand still on me every 5 mins or so and I would have to prompt her to continue - what I would call an elbow to the spine. I had stressful week and wanted to have a massage to relieve the soreness in my back and shoulders. I booked for 5:20pm and being a new customer had trouble finding the location. I arrived at 5:25pm to only be told that because I came 5min late I had to come back at 6pm due to another customer coming before me. They also said that people book and don’t turn up and they get who ever comes in first. Silly me, wanted a massage that afternoon agreed to comeback at 6pm.
