St. George's are a reasonably good vets, however, their fees /costs are more expensive than an independant vetinary practice, & they don't explain costs during consultation unless it's regarding an operation or something very expensive, you simply just get the bill for payment at the end, before leaving, which is pretty poor considering their fees etc.
