The staff at Workmed on River Road are excellent. Shelly has been assisting me with scheduling appointments for over four years, and she consistently provides outstanding service. She is always polite and professional over the phone, and in person she makes me feel welcome and valued. It’s so refreshing to interact with people who genuinely enjoy their work and take pride in helping others. Thank you!
The Work Med team at the River Road Clinic were on their game and had great attitudes! Being in the healthcare field myself, I know when staff are not happy. That was not the case here. Highly recommended!
Im glas u didn't require urgent care. This place handles work related incidents. Thirty minutes passed by before they called me in and then insisted on a urine test, for a cut i made on my finger. Find another place to go
Had appointment for a pre hired physical and drug screen. They ran a urine analysis instead of a drug screen. Traveled to another state after my visit to only find out a couple days later they ran the wrong urine test. Had to go to another facility for a drug test and had to push my new hire date back a week because results didn’t come back in time.
