Had appointment for a pre hired physical and drug screen. They ran a urine analysis instead of a drug screen. Traveled to another state after my visit to only find out a couple days later they ran the wrong urine test. Had to go to another facility for a drug test and had to push my new hire date back a week because results didn’t come back in time.

This is another one you can add to “Shelly’s Lists of Complaints”. It’s obvious that she will not be held accountable for her unprofessional behavior due to the multiple other poor reviews I have already seen. She failed to thoroughly explain what was expected regarding the next steps for orthopedics. As I attempted to gain more clarification, she would then interrupt me. Came in for a drug test, waited by the front desk until one of the workers asked me what I was here for. I told them and the lady kinda made a snarky tone “well get closer so people don’t cut in front of you.” Then the receptionist made me feel stupid by her tone and was rude about the whole process of things. Customer service needs to be better to make people feel welcomed.

I work for a construction company trying to schedule a med card apt as we have an account. Ive been trying for 2.5 hours as of now 14 different calls, STILL havent been able to reach anyone or even leave a message. Keep getting Shelly voicemail who just says call back. This isnt the first time I've spend hours trying to make an apt.
