Patient hospitality needs a lot of work, front desk associates could use training on not displaying passive aggressive behaviors towards people calling in for appointments. Also getting people back on time for their scheduled appointments is another area they could work on. Might as well do first come first serve, because waiting for almost 2 hours to be seen when you have a scheduled appointment on a regular basis is ridiculous. I was supposed to come in a few days prior and when I was on my way over I called in advance and this company switched someone else’s drug test and uploaded it to my file. I don’t know how that is okay at all but my appointment was canceled due to this and I was forced to walk in on a Monday and despite them being at fault for this I sat there for 2 and a half hours just to for a simple drug test when I asked if there was an eta for how much longer the front desk lady was very rude and aggressive in her response very unprofe... read more
Talk about rude front desk people!! Never been so disrespected by someone who's job it is to be helpful..
The older lady checking people in for work med was rude and her tone was extremely inappropriate. She came across as super judgmental that I needed a drug test for work and generally seemed to be a miserable human.
