My wife booked a treatment to see Jan (Osteopath). When submitting the treatment through Canada Life benefits plan after the session we found out the 'the practitioner's qualifications aren't covered through the plan'. Upon calling the clinic to enquire, they informed me that there is a sign up in the clinic to inform patients of this. My issue was that when booking online there is no mention of this, it mentions he "completed the four-year program as an Osteopath in 2018". My experience with St George Wellness centre has been a positive one. Darlene and the office staff are very efficient at accommodating your concerns. I have had pelvic floor therapy with Komal. I also saw Komal for physiotherapy on my hips and legs. She is very knowledgeable in both types of treatment. Several months ago Darlene suggested I try osteopath. I’ve been a patient at Movement Solutions in Waterdown for over 10 years, both pre- and post-knee surgeries, and thought I’d explore a closer option.
